These terms apply to purchases from Natasha’s Pierogi at natashaspierogi.com.

We sell handmade frozen pierogi and dumplings. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our refund policy, and our privacy policy.

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent’s permission, to order. Provide a complete, accurate shipping address. We may refuse or cancel an order that we cannot fulfill.

Prices are in US dollars and may change before you pay. You are responsible for any taxes that apply.

Food is perishable. Follow the cooking and storage instructions on the package. We are not responsible for food that was stored or cooked incorrectly after delivery.

Our refund policy is part of these terms: we do not accept returns of frozen food. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or wrong, contact us within 48 hours — we will replace it or refund you. We do not take food back onto the shelf.

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
